We offer many types of treatment plans but which is right for you ? Well some people can get away with a one time annual pest control treatment while others need monthly to quarterly service. Most commercial business’s we recommend monthly due to deliveries and cleaning programs but some office type buildings can get away with quarterly service. When it comes to restaurants we highly recommend monthly! With residential pest control service there are a few factors in deciding if you can get away with a one time or quarterly ?  How bad is the pest problem is the first thing we ask then also we look and see what type of foliage is around the home. If your home is covered in vines and ivy and your neighborhood is in the woods then you most likely need the more frequent quarterly pest control. If your home is pretty new and the neighborhood is sparsely populated with young trees and the foundation is not covered with foliage you can try a one time annual pest treatment and possibly have good luck with it. We have some homes that we do once a year and they are pest free all year. We have others that need 4 treatments a year. The products we have available today only give us close to 90 days residual and that is under optimum conditions. Depending on rain, heat etc is how long it will last. And of course depending on who treats your home can make a big difference. We strive to do it right the first time because retreats are on us! We hit every crack and crevice around every door, window, pipeline etc to ensure that when a spider or ant or any pest at all tries to enter your home it will cross our pest control product and soon be dead or dying. When it comes to safety you have to remember the products are based on the body weight of a bug so they are pretty safe and regulated.
